This policy explains what The Macs' Learning Co. collects through this website, why it is collected, and how you can ask for it to be removed.
Information you choose to provide
If you join the email list, the site stores your email address, optional first name, selected course interests, signup source, confirmation status, unsubscribe status, and the steps sent in the three-email series.
If you email [email protected], your message and reply information are handled through the email services connected to that address.
How the information is used
- To send the confirmation message you requested.
- To send the three-email teacher series after you confirm.
- To answer messages sent to the contact address.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the website.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form requests, stores email list records, and forwards inbound email. Resend delivers confirmation and list email. Teachers Pay Teachers handles product pages, accounts, and purchases after you follow a product link.
Choices and deletion
Every list email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future list email immediately. You may also email [email protected] to ask what list information is associated with your address or to request deletion.
Data sales and student information
The Macs' Learning Co. does not sell email list information. This website is for teachers and is not designed to collect student information. Please do not submit student names, student work, or other private student information.
Retention
Confirmed and unsubscribed records may be retained to respect email preferences and prevent unwanted sends. Direct messages are retained only as long as they are useful for the conversation, support, or ordinary business records.
