Digital delivery

Our resources are digital downloads. No physical materials are shipped. After successful payment, use the download links on the order confirmation page or in your delivery email. If you cannot access your files, email [email protected] with your order information and product title.

Refund requests

Please review the product description and available previews before purchasing. Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns after download.

If you were charged twice, received the wrong files, cannot access your purchase, or believe the files differ materially from the product description, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Include your order information and a brief description of the issue. Please do not email payment-card details or student information.

We will review your request and help resolve the issue. If we cannot supply the purchased files as described, we will offer a refund. We usually respond within one or two days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when they appear in your account.

This policy does not limit rights that apply under law.
